POWER

The dash cam battery will hold a minimal amount of charge. You MUST keep the dash cam plugged into a power source for continuous use.

 

TURNING OFF MOTION SENSOR

1. Press OK (red button) to power the unit on.
2. Eject the memory card, which will stop the recording and allow access to the MENU.
3. Press MENU button (left of the red button).
4. Use the down arrow button to navigate to MotionDetect mode and press the OK button.
5. Select OFF and press the OK button.
6. Press the MENU button twice to fully exit.
7. Insert the SD card back into the slot.

 

DATE AND TIME SETUP

1. Press OK (red button) to power the unit on.
2. Press MENU button twice. You should be on FORMAT feature.
3. Use the down arrow to navigate to Date Input. Press the OK button.
4. Update the Year and press OK to move to the Month. Do this until you've updated all the way to the Minutes.
5. Press MENU twice to fully exit.

 

DAY AND NIGHT TIME MODE/INFRARED LIGHT

1. There is no automatic setting for this and must be manually changed from day to night or vice versa.
2. Press OK (red button) to power the unit on.
3. Use the down arrow to change from DAY (Sun icon) to NIGHT (Star and Crescent Moon icon).

 

TRANSFERRING FILES TO YOUR COMPUTER

1. You cannot directly connect the unit to your computer via charge/sync cable. You will need an SD card adapter/reader (Not included).
2. Remove the micro SD card from the unit.
3. Use a micro SD card adapter/reader (Not included) to connect to your computer and transfer files.
4. Disconnect from the computer after data has been transferred.
